Message	seals dry out, fuel tanks rust, fuel decays in the line, cylinder walls rust from sitting potentially causing at best low compression. I'm certainly not saying that is the case here. I'm just saying that unless it's done right, a very low mileage car has it's own problems that are different from high mileage cars. :)
